Hrm, possessiveness might not be the right word for it, because if it's in the main story then the writers have to play the game of not angering people who do not bias the man currently showing his "possessiveness".

So, just to be clear, the men don't express their possessiveness in a way that's like "she belongs to me" but rather something like "I don't want her to be in any danger" or "I will always be at her side so that she won't ever have need of anyone else". Now that we've established the definition I'm using, then oh boy are there lots LOL.

In Chapter 16, Evan confined the heroine in an apartment for a few days. He even put out fake videos to make it look like she was "just on a business trip" because Osborn was tearing through the city trying to find her. Then, after letting the heroine go, he thinks about how it's better to be entangled to the death than to be strangers LOL.

In Chapter 17, the other half of Osborn confined the heroine in an apartment for a couple of days.

In Season 2 Chapter 10, Jesse was about to lose his mind when he realized the heroine and Osborn, the bounty hunter, were involved in dangerous things together and had some unsettling thoughts. He also shot at Osborn without any hesitation.

In Season 3 Chapter 1, Sariel confined the heroine to his workshop studio for like a week or more.

Ironically, Charlie—the son of the biggest yandere in the game and who inherited those genes—has shown the least of this kind of possessiveness. Don't misunderstand, he also has extremes like thinking about how he and the heroine will never be apart (when she has a terminal illness and so there are unsettling implications here), but he doesn't actually do anything with these feelings.

(If you count chapter cards to be part of the main story, then Jesse once stalked the heroine at her university, followed her to a convenience store, and then danced with her while he was wearing a mask. Sariel wanted to build a cabin in the woods and lock himself there together with the jade pendant the heroine gave to him and rot until the world ended.)
