I'm not sure I really understand the question, but as a F2P you'll be able to play through the whole event and get the 3* and 2* cards, the avatar frame, and the profile title. You'll also get a total of 17 pulls throughout the event, not including the pulls you get in return for stacking cards once. However, you'll have to spend if you want the rest of the cosmetics like event login lines, warmup makeup, the heroine's event clothes, and the badges.

I’ve been curious since I don’t participate in much of their event but wanna try to finish the incoming one I wanted to know are the event usually F2P to get all the price of it (outside of the gacha of course) or thats not the case and no matter what you gotta open the wallet to get everything ? No that I mind I will probably open it no matter what for the incoming event just for the gacha…
