I cannot answer this question because I don't know what you're looking for. What literary genres are you interested in? What does well written mean to you, and do you care more for the overall whole of the story or the technicalities? I don't see much of a point in vomiting a list of things here for you.

I do believe there are objective and universal standards to writing, which is how we have classics that stand the test of time. HOWEVER, just because something is well written doesn't automatically mean you'll be interested in it. I myself selectively consume the classics (books, movies, anime, manga, games, etc.) because there are many stories and writing styles that I'm disinterested in. Personal enjoyment, especially when these are consumed for recreation, should be more important. You can like or dislike something that's well written, just like you can like or dislike something that has poor writing.

If you want to cultivate a discerning eye, then you don't need my input at all, because you should—and it would be better to—look into these things yourself. Moreover, it's a personal journey for you to determine what's important to you in terms of writing. I'm not an authority figure or anything to you and, since I have a good guess on who you are, I know our tastes aren't aligned so there's even less of a point in listening to me (and, again, you shouldn't listen to me).
