Hahaha, I will be petty again and again and again!! I had the belated realization that my response to the perch asking about Light and Night's artbook can come off as being petty too (because of the GDC presentations) but I swear that was completely unintentional on my part LOL. Although I'm looking at some people's reactions towards those presentations and being scared at how few creatives (?) we have these days, if people think that Love and Deepspace "hits so hard" and "is more than just a game" because they "designed the characters in a lab to appeal to people" by considering things like their scent... LOL. Yeah, not like it's a basic writing skill to invoke all the senses of a reader: hearing, smell, taste, touch, and sight. It's not like every character ever created has gone through the same design considerations or anything, har har.
