Hello! I don't think there's a moment (or at least I can't remember any, unlike Sariel's nickname for the heroine) where Evan had a specific reason to call the heroine "Miss Bunny". I think he just slowly started after Chapter 2 and his release dates, and it was designated as an official nickname before Chapter 9 released. He and the heroine kept meeting or getting into situations where rabbit elements were present and he started associating her with rabbits.
