You know that meme where a group of people are talking on the right and then someone butts in from the left with an uninvited opinion and the speaker on the right leans over with a large head and a thumbs up and then just goes back to talking with their friends? That's pretty much my reaction to these people LOL. Seriously, good for them, stop salivating over 2D concepts and art then.

Just in general too, I'm tired of people who get into otome games too young without any experience in other games and then, when they do experience other games, they make the biggest deal and announcement about how they like all these other features over otome games. Cool, otome games aren't your thing then! Go play RPGs! Go play roguelikes! Go play open world MMOs! It's so annoying when they feel like they have to look back at their previous interest and demean it or want it changed for whatever reason. It's like the reverse of hating pink as a child and then loving pink as an adult; instead, they like reading romance as a youth and then don't anymore as an adult while adopting the public sentiment of mocking this stuff.
