No. I don't think anything much will change. Otome games are niche, they wouldn't have any sort of console exclusives. We'll probably just see ports of popular games at first until it's more reasonable for more people to have a Switch 2 and then otome games will release on this new generation of consoles, like how they did the move from PSP to PS Vita to Nintendo Switch.

Out of curiosity, I looked up dates and the Nintendo Switch released on March 3, 2017, with otome games only starting to appear on the Nintendo Switch on September 6, 2018, so that's around 1.5 years but they're just ports. I think the earliest Switch exclusive game was Cendrillon palikA released on October 25, 2018.

If people think a more powerful console will lead to action open-world otome games (because of Love and Deepspace existing), then... I don't know what else to say, because otome games are visual novels at their core and reading doesn't require any super strong hardware.
