I'm leaning towards yes. I see two possibilities 1) VNG shows there's a market and can renegotiate a deal for distribution rights to more countries, aka. global, or 2) another third party publisher sees the success and bids for distribution rights.

One point of concern is Mr Love Queen's Choice and Mr Love Dream Date's history though. They were both under Elex and, if I remember correctly, MLQC came out first and then they tried to expand with MLDD but ended up closing MLDD soon after.

My thoughts are that running two servers is also a cost and if VNG has both global and SEA, then the SEA server might be abandoned even if it came out first. Granted, VNG's situation would be the reverse of Elex, so maybe things would be different. There's too much to speculate on at this point though, so let's just see if the SEA server can even survive LOL.
