I'm so sorry I can no longer advise on the AUs since I just keep getting further and further behind in reading CRIES. My overall impression is neutral though; I think the premise is interesting but the event itself was average (the gameplay was fun though, eheh). From the snippets I've heard about the cards, their reception seemed average too (although one of the strictest Charlie stans I know rated his card a god card LOL).

If you're more interested in the banner after, Shadows of Ambition, then I think you might as well just save for that. In any case though, you absolutely have to pull for the L.O.V.E. banner because it's not AU and, even though I've only read Evan's card so far, it absolutely feels like a main story card focused on the romantic relationship. I know Osborn's and Sariel's cards were also highly rated.

your first impression thoughts of the event? or at least the au background lol. Do you feel like it suffered from post-anni rush/was it generally received well? Looking at all the cards yet to come makes me hesitant to pull since I don't think I'm that interested in the premise. Would appreciate your thoughts, although ik you're focused on the new 5man rn <3
